Adoptions

Willow:  ADOPTED!!
Little girl is a 4 month old spayed, female, puppy. A German Shepherd and Siberian Husky mix. She is VERY smart and has already learned to walk on a leash and get in a car and to sit. She is still being housebroken. She is gentle and sweet and listens well, she has a shepherd personality , but likes to play rough like a Husky. She is good with other dogs and with Children also, and most likely will be good with cats also.
 Lucky and Cheyenne:
Charlie Brown

Charlie is not what he looks like. Charles is a sweet, gentle, and loving individual. He likes to sit in your lap and cuddle upside down. He loves to play with his toys, chase a ball, and generally be cute. He is approximately 3 years old, and neutered. He does get along with other dogs, but relates better to larger females. He had really liked Nala before she was adopted. Charlie  needs to be an indoor/outdoor dog, and would prefer someone who had A LOT of time to devote to him. Charlie Brown is very special and will be someone's VERY BEST FRIEND!
Dena
Copy of DENA3.jpg (23563 bytes) Dena: A 4 year old spayed female is currently living with Hopalong (see below) and they jump and bounce together , and can go together as a two for one pair. Dena  is  VERY affectionate, very active, and NOT good with small furry objects that run quickly, like cats, ferrets, etc. She loves to go for walks on a leash, rides in the car and visits with friends. Although she has been mostly an outdoor dog, she can come in the house while supervised, and eventually can become a house dog, as she matures a bit, and becomes more responsible. Dena is a very dominant female and is not good with other females. She also bounces a lot and tries to kiss your nose, with Hopalong  they jump and bounce together. Dena (Short for Houdini), needs an escape proof pen, as she can jump higher than 6 feet.
Chinook and Rotty: NEEDS PLACEMENT BEFORE THE NEW YEAR!!!
Chinook the Shepherd and Husky mix and Rotty the Rottweiler mix are desperately looking for homes by the end of the holiday season. THeir owners are getting divorced and the court has stated it wants the property divided. THye both have taken as many dogds as they can each handle separately, but that leaves these two. They are both 31/2 years old. Chinook is Spayed and Rotty is Neutered.  They are both good with kids, Rotty is a little protective of his place and family once you get to know him, and Chinook will bark at strangers but is over all a very sweet girl. Both are good with other dogs, and probably neither is good with cats without some work! They have been outdoor dogs but should housebreak easily as neither one is big on marking territory and both are over the main chewing stages. Please help Chinook and Rotty NOW!
Glacier: In Wyoming needs placement immediately !! Well he could be placed if he could get a ride closer to the rescue.              ADPOPTED!!!
Glacier is an 18 month old male, he is great with kids from babies to teenagers. He gets along great with other dogs but is not good with cats. He was abandoned with someone who has a heart but no place to keep him. She has convinced her boss to let him stay at work for a little while  as he finds a new home, please consider this wonderful friend as an addition to your  family.
Hopalong
Hopalong2.JPG (31623 bytes) Hopalong (or Hoppy, well you should see him bounce) is a 4 year old macho male. He is not fearful or shy, but quite aloof. He dislikes being caught and handled, because he knows he has to behave himself once he is caught! Once caught he is very well behaved. He can walk on a leash, and ride in the car, and do all sorts of things only social dogs can do.  Running free he can pee, on you, on the bucket, on the visitors... He is currently living with Dena and they get a long quite well.  He also needs an escape proof pen. Currently they are behind 8' chain link with underwire to prevent digging out. He is not a chewer.
